Looking to update your information or targets?

To update your personal information, in the Menu Panel, click on My Account to open your Profile. You can now
update your details here. The changes you make will be saved automatically.

Already achieved your goal? Go for a higher goal! Click on My Account in the Menu panel on the right-hand side of your screen. Then select Set
Goal. You can update your targets for steps, calories and Activity time, once you have updated the targets click on Set Goal to confirm the
